The Rock-Master is a track mounted DTH (Down- The-Hole) drill rig that we conceived for civil and construction works. The feed-boom is designed to permit the positioning at different angles while controlling the inclination. We purposely eliminated most electronic controls to simplify maintenance and field troubleshooting.
We consider the Rock-Master RM615-DTH being steps over from competition with pull back 15000lbs at start, and 17000lbs continuous after 3 seconds, pretending to drill vertical holes over 250-300 feet depend on ground formation.
Furthermore, for the Rock-Master model RM635-DTH drill, without changing our technical designs we propose a gear box with different ratio that increases our pull back from 18000lbs at start and 20000lbs continuous after 3 seconds.
